As a naval architect, marine engineer, mechanic and skipper, Walter Brun has built “BALOO”, “ARIELLE” and “NALA” to specifications which are ideally suited to the needs and conditions of the tropical environment. His boats have all the relevant sea worthiness certificates, fishing licenses, marine insurance, navigation – safety equipment and comply with international standards.

Elevated Exhaust Outlets:
Walter Brun started to modify the exhaust outlets in autumn 2007. What started as an experiment, became a great succes during the testing procedure and at the end of 2007, all boats were equiped with elevated exhaust outlets. The special construction provides a maximum comfort for the fishing guest, though the exhaust fumes leave the pipe in a height of 5m above the sea and don’t disturb when fighting a fish.
The result is extraordinary: much less people became seasick and technical changes at the motor ensure that the motor can’t overheat and develops its full power.
Arielle
Arielle is a 10 meters Cabin Cruiser with Fly Bridge originally a Princess 33 and completely remoulded in the year 2005. She is registered with the Kenya Ports Authority and insured in Mombasa. The hull is of GRP (fiberglass). The propulsion is by Twin Ford Sabre 6cyl. Diesel with a total of 300 Hp. She holds 500 l Diesel and cruises at 16 knots. Furthermore Arielle is equipped with a domestic toilet, 4 berth and a diving platform.

Baloo
Baloo is a 12 meters Fly bridge Cruiser and was launched in November 1991. She is registered with the Kenya Ports Authority and insured in Mombasa. Baloo is a GRP (Fiberglass) construction. She is Twin controlled from Fly bridge and Tuna Tower. The propulsion is by Twin Volvo Penta AD41 6cyl. Marine Diesel and total 400 Hp.
